At Sparks Joy Electrical we are committed to providing a fair and ethical service and we aim to meet the expectations of our contracts. However, on the rare occasion you may have a complaint, or you are not happy with the service we ask that you first and foremost get in touch by email, and we promise to acknowledge receipt of your email within 2 working days and to fully investigate and provide a written report within 14 working days.
